WAVE aims to enhance the health and well-being of individuals in underserved communities by providing access to comprehensive wellness activities and resources. The program focuses on promoting physical, mental, and emotional vitality through the holistic approach to wellness.
JRPD Foundation Supports Community Healthcare Through Marshall Medical Outreach
JRPD Foundation sponsors one Marshall Medical Outreach (MMO) clinic each year in Huntington, West Virginia. Organized by medical students and attending physicians from the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, the event provides free medical care to underserved members of the community—including individuals who are homeless, unemployed, or otherwise at risk.
In adherence to HIPAA regulations, no patient photographs are taken during the outreach.
Through this annual sponsorship, JRPD Foundation supports MMO’s mission to improve access to compassionate care delivered with dignity and respect.
